Public Information Centre
A Public Information Centre (PIC) for the TESR Addendum was held on November 22, 2022. The purpose of the PIC was to provide an overview of the Preliminary Design Recommended Plan for the impacted areas, and to present any changes to the design or preliminary mitigation measures as a result of the TESR Addendum process. The PIC provided members of the public, external agencies and other interested stakeholders with the opportunity to discuss the project with members of the Project Team. PIC materials are available here to download for offline viewing.
Transportation Environmental Study Report Addendum
Near the completion of the study, a Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) Addendum will be prepared and filed for a 30-day comment period. At that time, a Notice of Addendum containing the dates for the comment period, as well as the review locations, will be published in local newspapers and posted on this website. Interested persons are encouraged to review this document and provide comments. The final TESR Addendum will be posted on this website.
